The Challenge
Facing the project’s start, our main challenges were to elevate the brand above a crowded market, differentiate from competitors, drive subscription growth, and build a community. Key to our strategy was ensuring our brand and design could seamlessly scale with the introduction of new products. Achieving this meant crafting a unique brand identity that not only stood out but also fostered customer loyalty and engagement.

We set out to develop a fresh and magical brand identity, complemented by a website crafted around ecommerce best practices and strategies to boost the AOV. We further needed to enhance customer engagement and loyalty through a selection of apps aimed at improving conversion rates.
